Important News Updates

Our Closing Meet for the 2025-2026 season will be Saturday, March 28, riding out from the kennels at HIPICO.
Hounds will move off at 9 a.m. so make sure you arrive in the back parking area behind the white fence by 8 a.m.

If you are bringing a guest, or if you are a visitor and you need a horse, please be sure to confirm with us that you are coming, and that the horse is in fact still available! Make no assumptions, we want to avoid anyone having to ride double! As ever, we need capping fees and liability paperwork turned in before visitors ride!

Breakfast will be on the shady back patio the clubhouse starting in the vicinity of 12, depending on how hot (therefore short hunt) or how good scenting is.
You are welcome to plug in or store your dish in the clubhouse, which will be open by 7:50 a.m..

The theme this year is NO THEME, although there may be a stray buccaneer shirt or disco wig to be seen. Bring your best item for the breakfast though, as we've had some truly memorable dishes this year and we want to repeat for the grand finale!
